The service department is thorough. They answer any questions I have. Their prices for car maintenance are very good.

Greated by name, treated respectfully. Service work performed as requested. Vehicle was completely checked over. Additional item suggested was performed which probably saved me an issue in the near future. Left there feeling confident my car was in good shape until time for next service.

Alec from the dealership had a car that I saw featured on-line brought to the Lowell dealership from the Hammond one so I could look at it. Lisa was the sales person that I dealt with. We are totally happy with the way we were treated by everyone there. It made buying our vehicle a nice experience.I would that everyone that is looking to buy a new car deal with Smith.

Lisa made the process so smooth and sealed the deal by expediting the sales process.

only disappointment was tire plugged not patched since I was heading back to Az. Was told they do not patch at this facility.
